Veggie Burgers
2 servings


1/2 lb Mix, formed into patties
Your favorite cooking oil (coconut oil/high heat oil works best here).



Heat cast iron pan on medium high with 1 tbsp oil.  The pan is ready when a tiny splash of water makes it sizzle.

Place patties on pan and flip after 2 minutes, or until golden brown.  

Place on a papertowel and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
